Shipping:

• Most orders ship 3–5 business days after you place them.

• Custom Braid Experiences and Freestyle Nail Art ship 5–7 business days after we confirm your order and design details.

• All shipments are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), and you’ll get a tracking email once your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds:

• Because our products are custom, handmade, and skin-safe, all sales are final.

• We do offer partial refunds for defective, non-custom items — but you’ll need to email photos within 2 hours of delivery to vividgripnails@gmail.com so we can make it right.

• Custom Braid Experiences and Freestyle Nail Art are non-refundable, so be sure your inspiration and sizing are exactly how you want them!
